Elizabeth "Betty" (Klein) Kotwicki passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015 following a long illness. She was born in Oakes, North Dakota on April 16, 1939 to the late Albert F. Klein and Frances E. (Long) Klein. She grew up in Oakes where she gained her love of music, had many opportunities to be involved in the community and received her High School Diploma.
In 1957 she attended Vennard College in University Park, Iowa where she received her Bachelor of Sacred Music Degree with a Major in Voice and a Minor in Piano...
